Two couples bought this beautiful landmarked building to divide into two duplex apartments. DDA designed and filed the entire division and layout of the building, and  completely detailed and managed the construction process for one of the duplexes. The client wanted to update the living spaces for a more contemporary lifestyle while working with and matching the traditional architectural details.

The program includes drastic renovation of four story living space with new plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. New cabinetry, millwork, and stairs had to be detailed and custom designed.The backyard was completely redone with a patio that seamlessly connects the living and outdoor spaces.
