3,500 Square Foot Gut Loft Renovation

An owner/developer approached DDA to design several lofts in his Franklin Street loft building in in Tribeca.  The project involved a complete gut renovation of the entire floor and the creation of a large luxury loft apartment including all new mechanicals and services. Grand flowing spaces and luxurious finishes combine with the charms of the historic 19th century warehouse building “bones” to make a truly unique and impressive residence.
